Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at the moment.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days. During busy periods it can take up to 7 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is a flat $5.95 on every order, no matter how many items you buy.

Standard Shipping: $5.95, 5 to 8 business days

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and start counting once your order ships, not when you place it. Add the processing time above to get the full picture.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. It can take a day or so for the carrier to show the first scan, so do not worry if the link looks quiet at first.

Delays and lost packages

Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can push delivery past the estimate. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, so please double check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
