Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, no matter how many bags you buy.

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days. During busy periods it can take up to 7 business days. Standard delivery runs 5 to 8 business days once the package is on its way, and we email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any tags still attached and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email getbagsinbags@gmail.com with your order number and which items you want to send back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return shipping and make it right.

Once your return reaches us and we have checked the item, we refund the original payment method and email you a confirmation. Depending on your bank it can take a few more business days for the money to show up.
